Price - Being Smart
New clients often wrestle us for the best price - and in principle we appreciate where they are coming from.
But the smart money knows that a solid relationship with mutual respect ultimately leads to greater savings and peace of mind for both parties in the long run.
If you find that we are marginally more expensive, we encourage you to work with us to find workable solutions, to shave the price to fit within your budget. We in turn will try to illuminate areas we might be able to trim, if you are able to be flexible.
Because unfortunately once a project has begun, that’s when the sleepless nights start. And when you come to appreciate that price, while important, does not automatically give you peace of mind.
It is possible that the builder you let go, maybe just because they were not the cheapest tender received, might well have been the wisest choice.
